Everything the ad says they are! Takes the direct pressure off the hands for sure! I have RA and need to reduce strain in my tendons and these work! I use them wheh rowing.
The straps are not long enough and the shift on the brackets. This causes the straps to not fit correctly and they become uncomfortable
I've used straps in the past and they always do the same thing make me use stupid heavy waight to get the results I want. If I want grip strength I'll do farmers carry. One thing I don't care for is the red dots ,it makes it harder to get a tight hold. And remove the straps. But I do love them.
The quality is good. The only problem is they are almost to small to fit my wrist.

I absolutely love these shorts. I bought them for My 1st Pro MMA match in August of 2021. Still my favorite shorts out of pike 6 pair.
Would recommend buying a larger size, but overall a great buy!
